From the field to the taco
In Rothenklempenow, the company produces TLAXCALLI uses the traditional method of nixtamlization to produce authentic tortillas and tostada chips from corn grown regionally in Western Pomerania. Pablo Melotta (Education officer and project coordination)
Pablo Melotta is a graduate of the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development in the department of " Landscape Use & Nature Conservation ". During his studies, he gained experience in environmental education as a youth camp counselor. As a participant in the ResidenZ - Time for the Future Program, he came to Rothenklempenow where he is still active today as an education officer for the RCE Stettiner Haff. In addition to educational work, Pablo is also responsible for funding applications, graphic design and updating the website for the Weltacker project.

Uta Zahn (cultivation and education)
Uta Zahn has a degree in agricultural engineering, has been an organic gardener for 25 years and is now a consultant for education on sustainable development. At her seminar center in Woddow, she demonstrates sustainable gardening and soil
and soil cultivation for farmers and hobby gardeners alike. She is also a nature guide in the Uckermark Lakes Nature Park and around her home towns in the Uckermark.
