rothenklenpeNEWS - Issue 1

Dear fellow citizens, dear friends of Rothenklempenow,
I am pleased about this start and the initiative to get more in touch and exchange via the newsletter. Especially in these difficult times, this gives us courage and hope for a sociable year 2022.
Looking at this first issue, I am always surprised at how active our community is. That makes me proud and makes me look forward to more.
We, too, must be open to digitalisation. In this context, we have already taken some steps. The radio tower has already been in operation for a month, the expansion of WLAN in the castle grounds is progressing and a municipal website will be launched in the near future. It's always just small steps, but if we can bring all our ideas together and implement some of them, we will have achieved a lot.
Only together are we strong!
Stay healthy and confident!
Rainer Schulze

Dear Rothenklempenowers, dear Rothenklempenowers,
I am Raphael Riese and have been working and living in Rothenklempenow since November 2021. Together with Tobias Till Keye, we would like to follow up on the results of UniDorf 2020 and work for more communication in the village.
We would like to do this in the form of a newsletter that appears several times a year as a notice and on the internet. It will announce dates and events and report on activities in and around Rothenklempenow. This also includes contributions from the various initiatives, associations and businesses or individual citizens of the village.
The newsletter is intended to inform. We hope to know more about each other and look forward to many wonderful moments together and a lively community life.
We look forward to your interest and contributions! Enjoy reading.

Reading for Women's Day - "(in)known greats"
On 8 March at 5 p.m., Gertje Graef will read in Rothenklempenow in the Kulturscheune, Hofstraße 7. The village residence artist of the Kulturlandbüro at Schloss Bröllin will present images of women in the form of a reading on the occasion of International Women's Day. She will also show photographs of the women she interviewed. Each woman receives a flower as a gift. If the Corona location permits, we will end the day with dinner at the Kellergaststätte, Schloßstr. 4.
The reading on 8 March is an event of the project GEH MIT! of the Bundesarbeitskreis Arbeit und Leben e. V., funded by the Federal Agency for Civic Education (bpb). For more information contact Raphael Riese, project leader, phone: 0151 55735670, email: riese@arbeitundlebenmv.de.
The Village Residence by artist Gertje Graef is a project of the Kulturlandbüro and is funded by TRAFO - Models for Culture in Transition, an initiative of the German Federal Cultural Foundation. For more information contact Josefa Baum, project manager, phone: 0151 67555972, email: aktionen@kulturlandbuero.de.
