The Sustainability Week is now open! For the kick-off event, Tlaxcalli GmbH and the Initiative Zukunfthandeln gave an insight into the ultra-local production of Europe's first organic tortillas. Various aspects of sustainability were then discussed over a taco lunch and the Transformation Economy format was presented. Tlaxcalli is one of 15 companies from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern that took part.
